After early breakfast, transfer to the railway station to board a train to Lucknow. Upon arrival, drive to Shravasti – an important Buddhist site where Lord Buddha spent 24 rainy seasons and performed many miracles. Visit Jetavana Monastery and Anathapindika’s Stupa. Overnight stay in Shravasti.
Drive to Lumbini in Nepal, the sacred birthplace of Lord Buddha. En route, visit Kapilvastu – where Prince Siddhartha spent his early years. In Lumbini, explore the Maya Devi Temple, Holy Pond, and the UNESCO World Heritage Site marked by the Ashoka Pillar. Overnight in Lumbini.
After breakfast, proceed to Kushinagar, the place where Lord Buddha attained Mahaparinirvana. Visit the revered Mahaparinirvana Temple with the reclining Buddha statue, and the Rambhar Stupa – the cremation site of Buddha. Overnight stay in Kushinagar.
